Slow Food Noosa and friends celebrated the winter solstice with the best hand-picked food and wine from Organika. Owners Gayle and David Rogers and suppliers shared their passion and insights into their range of organic, preservative free, gluten free, vegan and biodynamic products. Tastings of cheese, dips, curries and artisan bread were washed down with organic wines from Rosnay, Kalleske and Gemstone. It was great to discover new products and meet new friends on the shortest day of the year! Money raised goes towards funding programs to increase education programs such as the school kitchen garden program.
