A little slice of France in Cooroy, Maison de Provence embraces the best of French/Italian flavours now with new chefGiuseppe Di Gennaro from Naples adding extra European flair to the breakfast and lunch menu. Giuseppe continues the commitment to creating classic dishes such as escargot, croquet monsieur and croissants while presenting his own special dishes into the mix such as white bean cassoulet with confit duck, Toulouse sausage and crispy pork belly with pomme mousseline; or Fricasse of wild mushrooms with baby spinach and soft polenta. The only problem is making sure that you save room for one of Eric Pernoud’s decadent desserts! Lucky there is always a take-home option!
