Feel the warmth of Wood Fire Grill’s hospitality and savour the tastes of the very best produce straight off the grill.

Starting with freshly baked Focaccia, candied olive, cultured butter and smoked salt, guests will then on feast on hearty share platters featuring star ingredients such as: local wagyu spinalis; braised lamb shoulder; house made gnocchi; roasted tomato sugo; slow cooked wagyu brisket; whole fried baby squire; and bbq chicken with lentils. Superb sides will accompany the meats and a cheese platter featuring local cheeses will round out the feast.
